Promo Reimbursement Form
This Promo Reimbursement Form allows winners to claim their raffle or giveaway by submitting eligible expenses related to their winnings. Items that can be redeemed are listed on the application. If you’ve won a raffle or giveaway that includes a reimbursable expense—such as travel, accommodations, or specific purchases—you can request reimbursement by completing this form. Reimbursements cannot be submitted until the redemption period of your giveaway/raffle has begun. Please ensure all required documentation, including receipts and proof of purchase, is submitted for processing. Our team will review and process reimbursements according to the outlined guidelines. Spa/Dinner Redemption Form
This form is for individuals redeeming a Spa or Dinner promotional offer. To claim your experience, simply complete the form with your contact information and your preferred spa or restaurant, including the name and location. Once your submission is approved, you’ll receive an E-Gift Card via email within 4 to 6 weeks.
If you choose not to wait for the E-Gift Card and decide to pay out of pocket, you may be eligible for reimbursement, provided your total remains within the allowed threshold stated in the offer terms. Reimbursements are also processed within 4 to 6 weeks.
Be sure to complete the form accurately to avoid delays.
Unused Promo Request Form
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you purchased a WWWIA promo, voucher, or discount offer but haven’t used it, you may request a refund—as long as the promo is not set to expire within the next six (6) months.
