Important Travel Redemption Policies & Agreement
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Planning & Processing Time
- All trip redemptions require a minimum of 4–6 weeks for planning and processing.
- Trips are scheduled month-to-month based on availability, staffing, and booking capacity.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee immediate booking, approval, or confirmation.
Monthly Capacity Limits
- We accept a limited number of trip redemptions each month (up to 50 submissions total).
- Once monthly capacity has been reached, additional submissions may be denied and must be resubmitted for a future month.
- This policy allows our team to maintain quality, organization, and accuracy for every traveler.
Accommodation Standards
- All bookings include standard/basic accommodations unless upgraded using an additional certificate, promo, or approved upgrade option.
- Specific requests such as room types, views, resorts, or luxury upgrades are not guaranteed.
Pricing & Threshold Limits
- All travel promotions and certificates are valid for “up to” a specified value and are not guaranteed totals.
- If your selected trip exceeds your available promo or threshold amount, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Once booking has begun or confirmations have been secured, modifications may not be possible.
- Refund requests must follow the official refund policy and processing timeline listed within your submission form or agreement.
Communication & Response Times
- Please allow up to 72 business hours for support responses.
- Responses are provided during business days only. No weekend responses.
- Please do not submit multiple requests for the same trip, as duplicate submissions may delay processing.
Chain of Communication
For all trip-related questions or concerns, please follow the proper communication process:
1. Contact the Trips/Support email
2. Escalate to Aleah (Operations) if necessary
3. Final escalations only when appropriate
Please do not directly message Marty regarding trip processing or updates, as this may delay your request.
Accuracy Over Speed
- Our team prioritizes accuracy and quality over rushed bookings.
- Incomplete forms, incorrect information, or missing details may result in delays or denial of your request.
Traveler Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining a valid ID and/or passport
- Meeting all travel entry requirements and documentation guidelines
- Arriving for your scheduled trip dates and flights
Women Who Want It All is not responsible for missed flights, denied boarding, passport issues, or personal travel-related circumstances.
Final Agreement
By submitting this form, you confirm that:
- You understand and agree to all timelines, policies, and limitations listed above
- You are willing to wait within the stated processing timeframe
- You agree to follow all communication procedures and guidelines
If you are looking for immediate bookings or are unable to follow the outlined process and timelines, we kindly ask that you do not submit this form at this time. Our goal is to provide quality experiences with care, accuracy, and proper planning not rushed bookings.
