Community Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Women Who Want It All (WWWIA) community! By joining and participating in our platforms—including our website, Facebook group, events, trips, promotions, and raffles—you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who identify as women or are accompanied by a member. All members must be committed to personal growth, professional development, and community support.

 

Code of Conduct
Respectful and positive interactions are required at all times. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of others, especially within the Facebook group. Violations may result in removal and termination of membership without refund.

 

Group Policies
The WWWIA Facebook group is a private space for connection and community.
No spamming, solicitation, or unauthorized promotions.
Respect confidentiality—what’s shared in the group stays in the group.
Follow all posted group rules and admin guidelines.
Admins have the right to remove content or members at any time.
Participation in the group constitutes agreement to these policies.

 

Events, Trips & Payment Policies
All events and trips are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Once booked, reservations are final. If WWWIA cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
A 7-day grace period is allowed for late trip or membership payments. After this, the reservation or membership will be canceled.
A $125 reinstatement fee is required to resume participation. This fee does not apply toward the remaining balance.
Trip deposits are nonrefundable after 24 hours of payment.
Auto-pay participants are responsible for keeping their payment method valid. After three failed payment attempts, the plan will be canceled.

 

Promos & Raffles
All promo codes, raffles, and giveaways are administered by WWWIA.
Promo codes are for one-time use unless otherwise stated and may not be combined with other offers.
All raffle submissions must comply with published guidelines.
Duplicate or ineligible entries will be disqualified.
If you receive a refund for a promo or raffle-based offer, WWWIA is no longer responsible for delivering associated services or products.
All promo/raffle inquiries must go through raffles@womenwwia.org.

 

Refund Clause
If a refund is issued for any reason, WWWIA is no longer responsible for delivering any services, access, products, or benefits tied to that purchase. This includes membership access, events, trips, raffles, and promotions.

 

Media Release
By attending any WWWIA event—virtual or in-person—you grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. WWWIA reserves the right to use this media for promotional or educational purposes.

Health, Wellness & Travel Liability Waiver
Participation in WWWIA retreats, trips, and wellness activities is voluntary. Members are responsible for their own safety, health, and travel insurance. WWWIA is not liable for injury, illness, or loss incurred during participation.

 

Cancellation by Organizer
WWWIA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, service, or offering due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or venue issues. If this occurs, you will be offered either a refund or transfer, depending on the situation.

Content & Intellectual Property
By sharing content (posts, photos, videos) on our platforms, you grant WWWIA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content. Do not share copyrighted or unauthorized materials.

 

Termination of Membership
WWWIA reserves the right to remove members or terminate access at its discretion for any violations of these terms or behavior deemed harmful to the community.

 

Dispute Resolution
By participating in WWWIA, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in the state of [Insert State] and waive your right to a jury trial.
