FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Women Who Want It All – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Before You Begin:
Please read the Terms & Conditions and this FAQ in full before making a purchase. This ensures you fully understand what’s included, how promos work, and what’s required to receive reimbursement.
Please read all communication from the WWWIA team in its entirety.
After reviewing the information below, please also read the WWWIA Communication Chain so you’ll know exactly who to contact for support.
1. Where can I find the forms I need for promos and raffles?
All promo-related forms are located under the Raffle tab on our website.
-
Redemption Form: Use this to officially redeem your promo during your assigned redemption period (noted at time of purchase).
-
Reimbursement Form: Use this if you traveled before your redemption period and are requesting reimbursement for eligible expenses.
Forms must be completed in full with all required documentation.
What’s the difference between the Redemption Form and the Reimbursement Form?
-
Redemption Form means you want to redeem your promo. You will provide all the information that is requested to redeem your specific promo during your assigned redemption window.
-
Reimbursement Form means you have a promo, but you paid for what's outlined in your certificate. You have your receipts and now you want to be reimbursed for eligible expenses once your redemption window opens.
Both forms are currently subject to a 4–6 week processing period due to the current volume.
Important Reminders:
-
All forms must be completed in full and include documentation (receipts, confirmations, etc.)
-
Reimbursement is limited to the promo’s assigned threshold
-
Thresholds vary depending on the promo (Family Promo, Hotel/Flight Combo, etc.)
-
Incomplete or early submissions will not be reviewed
-
Once you submit your Redemption/Reimbursement Form, you are allowed only one change or edit to that submission
2. I just purchased a promo — now what?
If purchased through the WWWIA website, you’ll receive an automated email with redemption instructions and necessary forms.
If purchased via Stripe, you’ll receive a generic confirmation email. Save this email as your proof of purchase.
Most reimbursements are processed within 4–6 weeks due to the current volume of submissions.
Note: For Family Vacations and Hotel/Flight Combo promos/large promos, can only one reimbursement may be submitted every 90 days.
3. Can I combine promos?
No. Promos cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promo’s terms and conditions.
4. What types of WWWIA memberships are available, and what do they include?
WWWIA offers three membership types, which may be organization-based or trip-based:
-
Lifetime Membership: One-time payment for lifetime access to all current and future perks, events, promos, and experiences, including early access and exclusive offers.
-

5. What is the trip process once I select a trip?
After purchasing a membership, you’ll receive an email with trip information and a link to the Trip page. You’ll also make your initial trip selection at that time.

-
3 months out: “Hey, are you still going?” email. If confirmed, a Globe Girl is assigned.
-
2 months out: Trip announcement email + invite to the group chat
-
1 month out: Detailed trip update
-

6. Is there a grace period for my membership payment plan?
Yes. There is a 7-day grace period after your scheduled payment date. If payment is not received within that window, your membership benefits may be paused until the account is brought current.
7. Am I responsible for keeping track of my promo and redemption dates?
Yes. Members are responsible for managing their own promo usage and redemption windows.
-
Know what you purchased
-
Track when your redemption period begins
-
Submit your Redemption or Reimbursement Form on time
-
Use your promo before it expires
Failure to redeem during your assigned window may result in forfeiture. We recommend saving confirmation emails and using a calendar reminder.
8. Flight Certificate
Flight certificates are valid for one roundtrip flight to a single destination, up to $1,000.
-
One flight per certificate
-
Cannot be split or combined
-
Multiple certificates must be used separately
-
Flight Certificates are to be used with non-WWWIA sponsored trips-except 1, starting in 2026. Only one flight promo may be used per WWWIA trip
9. How does reimbursement work if I traveled before my redemption period?
If you traveled after purchasing a promo but before the redemption window opened, you may be eligible for reimbursement once your window begins.
Example: Promo purchased in March with a June redemption period. You traveled in April—submit a reimbursement during the June window.
Requirements:
-
Travel must have occurred after the promo purchase
-
Only one reimbursement allowed every 90 days
-
Submit expenses within 6 months of your redemption period ending
10. What’s included in the Family Promo outside of flights and lodging?
Designed for up to four travelers, the Family Promo includes:
• Attraction or excursion vouchers
• Activity passes or entry tickets
• Dinner for one evening during the trip
Promo Details:
• Covers up to 4 days / 3 nights
• Valued up to $4,000 (based on trip specifics)
• Includes roundtrip flights for all travelers
• No grocery runs, store stops, or food stipends are included beyond the one dinner
• No additional vouchers can be added beyond the $4,000 cap
• Ideal for family-centered trips like Disney, Universal Studios, or similar destinations
This promo is all about connection, joy, and shared experiences—so bring your people, leave the errands behind, and create memories that matter.
11. I purchased a Flight + Hotel Combo. If I only spend $2,800, can I use the rest for another trip?
Yes. This is the only promo that allows unused funds to be applied to a second eligible trip—as long as the total value stays within your original promo amount.
Important Notes:
• Promo thresholds vary based on your purchase date—some are set at $2,500, others at $2,800
• The Flight + Hotel Combo is only valid for 2 adults total (no children)
• Any remaining balance must be used within the terms of your original agreement and is subject to approval
• The second trip must also follow the same rules: 2 adults, approved destination, and travel dates
Example:
If your promo is valued at $5,600 and you use $2,800 for your first trip, the remaining $2,800 can be applied to another eligible trip—still for 2 adults only—if used within the terms and approved by the team.
This combo is perfect for couples, friends, or adult-only travel experiences.
12. What is the value of the Couples Weekend Getaway?
-
Designed for 2 people (couples, friends, parent/child)
-
Valued at $1,000
-
Includes 2 nights of lodging, 1 curated experience, and your flight if it fits within the $1,000 threshold
-

-
Anything over $1,000 must be paid out of pocket
-
Can be used for a quick getaway, city retreat, or professional development conference
13. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the owner.
There are no refunds for memberships or events under any circumstances.
All promo purchases are final unless otherwise stated. If WWWIA issues a refund for any reason, we are no longer responsible for providing the associated service—whether it is an event, promo, or trip.
14. Can I add rental cars to any promos?
No. For liability reasons, rental cars are not included in any promo.
15. Once I make a payment plan or purchase a trip, can I transfer it?
No. All purchases and payment plans are final and non-transferable.
16. If booking a trip for either redemption or reimbursement is full for the month, can I still book?
No. Once the monthly limit is full, no additional bookings will be accepted for that promo cycle.
17. Can I split up the stores on my shopping spree if I have money left over?
No. You must choose ONE gift card per shopping spree (limit 2 gift cards total). Funds cannot be split between stores.
18. If I gift a promo, can I use a voucher at the same time for the same destination?
No. Gifted promos and your own promos cannot be used at the same time for the same destination. Attempting to do so will result in ineligibility for reimbursement or booking.
