About the Event
The Exhale: A Waiting to Exhale Experience is a creative, soft-life gathering inspired by **Waiting to Exhale — the movie — celebrating its 30-year anniversary. This experience is for women who have lived, learned, laughed, cried, and grown alongside this film and are ready to release what they’ve been carrying.
This is not a lecture and it’s not therapy. It’s a space to breathe, connect, move, and be real—without pressure to perform or explain yourself. Come comfortable in your pajamas, styled in shades of brown. Come open. Come honest. Come ready to exhale—together.
