1. Nonrefundable and Nontransferable Trips:All trips are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once you book a trip, the reservation is final and cannot be refunded or transferred to another member.
2. Payment Deadlines:Timely payment is essential to secure your spot on a trip. If a payment is late, a 7-day grace period will be given to complete the payment. Failure to make the payment within this grace period will result in the cancellation of your trip or membership.
3. Deposits:Deposits are required to reserve your spot on a trip. Please note that deposits become nonrefundable after 24 hours of payment. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so within 24 hours to receive a refund of your deposit.
