- Nonrefundable and Nontransferable Trips:All trips are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once you book a trip, the reservation is final and cannot be refunded or transferred to another member.
- Payment Deadlines:Timely payment is essential to secure your spot on a trip. If a payment is late, a 7-day grace period will be given to complete the payment. Failure to make the payment within this grace period will result in the cancellation of your trip or membership.
- Deposits:Deposits are required to reserve your spot on a trip. Please note that deposits become nonrefundable after 24 hours of payment. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so within 24 hours to receive a refund of your deposit.
